My real estate journey started in May of 2012 as I was transitioning out of the Air Force. As part of my separation from the Air Force, I had to take a course on finances and the instructor asked the entire class a few questions about our financial IQ. I did not know much about finances and I definitely didn't know anything about my financial IQ. During the class he mentioned a book called Rich Dad Poor Dad and the rest is history. I devoured the book and came to the realization that I wanted to own real estate.
Getting market data, finding properties, and making offers can be a chore, especially when you're working a full time job. In order to make the process a little easier, I decided to get my real estate license. Once I received my license I found myself helping more and more people buy and sell their own properties rather than finding properties for myself.
I love to help people and I love building relationships and once I saw the joy that I could bring someone by helping them, I was hooked. Nothing brings me more joy than helping someone purchase their first home or even better, sell the property that they purchased as a bachelor so they can upgrade to a new home that fits their growing family. I love to hear my clients' stories about why they are here in the Permian Basin and why they are needing to buy or sell a home.
These are just a few of the things that have lit a fire under me to become the absolute best that I can be in the real estate industry. My #1 goal is to build as many quality relationships as I can and provide value to every person that I come in contact with.
